Coach CC brings over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and leads our studio with a blend of passion, precision, and genuine care for every member who walks through the door. She has owned and operated multiple gyms throughout her career and holds certifications through NASM, Precision Nutrition, and as an Advanced Peptide Therapy Coach, giving her a well-rounded, science-based coaching foundation.
Known for her can-do energy and clear coaching style, CC is committed to helping members build strength, confidence, and lasting habits. She’s equally at home refining technique on the floor as she is running the operations behind the scenes, always with the same goal: creating an uplifting, results-driven community.

Coach Brandon brings a sharp eye for detail and a motivating, methodical coaching style to our early morning and afternoon crew.
With his NASM certification and ongoing studies toward a Kinesiology degree, he blends science-backed training with clear, patient instruction.
Brandon is known for anticipating exactly what a member needs.
Whether it’s a cue, a correction, or a challenge. His strength lies in functional training, accountability, and teaching movement patterns in a way that just clicks.
